 We build an average of 10 to 15 homes per year. CMI Construction builds the most energy-efficient and quality-built homes in the Metro East.  The average home takes us approximately 6 months to build.  From start to finish, I am personally on all job sites.  Every CMI home is built to the highest standards using the best materials and the most qualified sub-contractors in the business.  We have many lots and custom home plans to choose from.  CMI Construction architects can draw custom plans for your home.  We will also build your dream home on your lot from our custom plan or yours.  We will provide you with a comprehensive and transparent construction cost breakdown which will show every dollar going into the home, including our profit and overhead.  No other contractor in the business provides this level of transparency.
