Founded in 2005, Spencer Building Companies takes great pride in offering the best products and service in the home building industry throughout the Metro East region. Initially focused on building homes in Edwardsville, we have since expanded our services to include Troy, O’Fallon, and Maryville. To better meet the needs of our clients and communities, we now offer a dedicated home remodeling division alongside our custom homes and light commercial construction divisions.
